Chuck's Sewer & Drains Plumbing Contractor

From my experience, I will not hire this company nor recommend his services to anyone in the Marion, IN and Grant County Area. ?We had Chuck?s Sewer and Drain perform a set of services at our primary residence, the first couple calls went good. The first service they snaked our drain and un-plugged the our drain, a month later we had the same issue. Chuck sent another plumber and he stated he ran his snake 117? to the street and hit a solid. Which he couldn?t break through it and didn?t want to loose another 3? cutter. On the invoice he stated we needed to contact the City Engineering Department to have them come out since the issue lies with the City Sewer. The City of Marion came out and they left a door hanger stating they have inspected and cleaned the sewer system, found no inherent issue. So I called Chuck back out and he snaked our drain again, at this point he found nothing in the drain. He charged us $150 and left our plumbing in worse shape after the service than before the service. At least before the service I could flush a toilet where after his services I could not. My wife called Chuck back to see if he would came back out to further inspect, we did imply he needed to come out and fix whatever he did and explained the after his services left us worse off than before. He suddenly got real offensive and started to yell at her stating we don?t need to accuse him and his work. At this time I took the phone from her and told him he needs to listen and not to yell at my wife, he basically told me he was the owner and he would do what he wanted. In lieu of these events, stated all his work is performed with no warranty, and if I didn?t like it to call someone else, he continued to hang up on me. So I called back and told him how unprofessional he was and he doesn?t need to cuss and carry on, he may be the owner of his own company but people like me pay his wages, he doesn?t need to treat his customers this way.
