+ -1 moreThey gave me a heck of a discount that day. They called me beforehand and showed up when they were suppose to. It didn't take them very long. They didn't sit in the truck for 20 minutes doing paperwork or d*** around. The guy got out of his truck and did his job. I thanked him and he left. He told me if I had anymore problems that he would come back and fix it if it messed up in a certain amount of time. There was no sense for him to come out every couple of months. He said if it keeps happening that we would have to look at option B. They explained everything real well and so far I have not had any problems.
Description of Work: They came out and unplugged a drain that ran from the house to the street.

+ -1 moreIt went very well.The sink no longer backs up into the dishwasher.The tech took the time to make sure the drain was open and cleaned up when done.
