Description of Work: They have worked on my furnace and air conditioner....actually installed a new air conditioner...they have always been prompt and professional followed through on what they said they would do.....I also felt they were reasonable in regard to price.

Description of Work: Heating and A/C Repaired

Description of Work: I contacted this company to look at our heating and air unit as it was not working. The company arrived and told us that there was a part that had malfunctioned on our outdoor air compresser. The serviceman removed the part and told us that he would have to order the part and would contact us when it comes in to replace it. The serviceman said the part only affected the air conditioning and the heating would be fine for the winter. When spring approached we still did not recieve a call back from the company. I contacted the company four times without a response. I had to contact another company to fix the unit and it was operational within two days. The second company told me that the part that was removed was also responsible for defrosting the compressor in the winter which in turn costed us thousands in heating costs due to the excess frost on the unit.
