they were very quick to respond for an estimate. Came out to my home, measured....then came back a week later with a drawing and estimate. But his prices were just way too high. I ended up going to Shipshawanna and had custome cabinetry done there for almost half the cost Custom Cabinets was going to charge me.

JR was recommended to us by our kitchen designer who lived and worked in Chicago before moving to Indianapolis. Even though the distance was great, JR came down and took the appropriate field measurements and then his company built the various cabinet pieces in his shop in Lowell. When they were done (about two weeks) he sent a crew down to install the cabinets and most of the trim (work took 2 days) and to measure for the panels for the dishwasher and refrigerator (which were not on site when he originally measured). When the custom panels were done, his crew came back and installed the panels and the remaining trim, etc. (another full day). The distance between Lowell and Indianapolis was not a problem, the price was less than the Indianapolis quote we had gotten, and the quality was excellent. I would use JR again.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE QUICK AND CLEAN, AND THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THE PRICE WAS JUST RIGHT FOR ALL THE WORK THEY DID. I TOLD MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM RIGHT AWAY.
