J R'S CUSTOM CABINETS INC

After JR's initial vist to our house and discussion of what we want, an initial budgetary quote and drawings were received in a timely manner. We reviewed drawings and forwarded modifications to JRs and again they returned the new drawiings very quickly. The last step was a drawing review and discussion at JRs manufactuing facility. This step proved to be very helpful in getting a clear understanding of options and other designs. A brief tour of the facility was very interesting and gave us confidence in the level of quality we would be purchasing. JR's completion and delivery estimate was right on the mark and the finished unit exceeded our expectations. The only negative comment is in regard to the hardware on the unit. We were not notified/requested to select the hardware until a few weeks before delivery and as a result the hardware was not available until several weeks after the unit was delivered. In addition, it is a challange selecting the hardware from a catalog and as a result we are not pleased with our selection and will likely need to purchas new hardware at a later date. We should have discussed hardware during the initial office visit.
