Great company to work with. Installers were very professional, did an excellent job and took time to answer all our questions and explain how the new system worked. Would happily use them again!

Not well after spending thirty thousand for both systems had to spend another ten thousand for the mistakes they made. Filed suit to get reimbursed they filed bankrupt under grays HVAC and opened under grays green energy. Just sucked the loss bad company

The service from Gray's Total Green Energy Solutions was great. They did a great job. The quality is excellent, very good. They did a good job. They are reliable. They are punctual and they are consistent. I would grade them 'A' for everything on the grading scale.

They did good work. I remember when one of the owner's employee started on his own and I guessed he messed up, the owner made him go back and do it right. He seem like he's a pretty honest person.

I think I have used Gray's Total Green Energy Solutions. We had a big problem but it got resolved. It was one of those deals where he sent a crew in and they ended up doing something very different wall and not finishing it off where the generator came in. My husband called them up and said that you guys can't leave this like this and he said that we didn't contract to paint around it. They had the whole wall torn out and we sent him a picture and the guy had a fit and unfortunately fired the crew which is okay, not when we were there, there were no problems in front of us. They got fired and he made good on it and fixed everything. It was that kind of mishap but the equipment finally, everything got okay and it works fine, it has been a couple of years, with a fair price and he took some off for all that I guess, I don't remember. It was one of those things where it was very disruptive initially but he fixed it. He made good on it. That was my experience. He made it good. It is kind of an odd situation. It was all fine. It was weird but like I said he made it good so if somebody makes it good then they are okay. It looks great and it works fine. Just a little odd and I had trouble with them with the permitting. They were supposed to pull the permit which is in the town of Winfield and there were problems with that and I had to get involved in that because my town is goofy about permits. There was that kind of things going on but it all got fixed and it all works and so that is it. We don't have them maintaining it, we have somebody else maintaining it. If he had been here supervising the crew, all that mess wouldn't have happened and those crew wouldn't have gotten fired. It is one of those fixed bags. I found other people so I think I will probably use somebody else.

It turned out very good. They were professional and they were only here a couple of times. Everything works well.

Sold a home and buyers inspection had some furnace issues. Grays came out and resolved all issues quickly ( we were in a time crunch) to the seller and buyer satisfaction.

It went perfect. They took the old furnace out, replaced some duct work in my crawl space. As 1 team was doing that another guy was vacuuming out the duct work. The replaced the furnace and outside air conditioning unit, with a new chimney all in one day, had too come back the next day just to adjust some things. I am very satisfied with the new furnace, it is very quiet and heat's and cools the house very evenly. Every room in the house is the same temperature.

They were fine. I was very happy with them. They handled it fine. I have no issues whatsoever. They didn’t charge me for the service because it was through an insurance program I had. The guy was very nice and very professional and that matters to me.

They do good work. They did exactly what they said thy would do, they did it promptly, they did the job and I was satisfied. The people who did the work were very qualified, very customer-oriented and they did a good job.

This was the first time I had used their services. The guy who owns it is named Peter and he is wonderful. I have never found anybody who was so accommodating. They normally install only one outlet but at no extra charge they installed two. The town said my breaker was not working properly. When Gray's inspected the breaker, they said they would rather replace it for me than have to come out and repair it again and cause me the inconvenience. His staff was very professional and nice. The quality of work is definitely worth the price.

We did have some problems with the installation because my house was built in 1916. There was a problem getting the new furnace to work with the old connections. They had to come back to our house several times but we did get the problems solved.
