Went well.

The spring on the garage door popped over the weekend and I couldn't open the garage door. I immediately called and left a message late after hours. Tim responded to me not too long after and made sure I was going to be taken care off come Monday. He was very courteous and professional. I got a call first thing in the morning on Monday and someone came out 15 minutes later. The person who replaced the springs was very professional and completed the job in a very short time. I am happy with the result and the quote I was given was fair. I would definitely use this place for future business.

It was put in very quickly. It can be raised to the ceiling of the garage with little effort. When in the up position, the garage door can be lowered. When I want to put the screen in the garage opening, I raise the garage door and pull down the screen. The fit is very good and it keeps out bugs and unwanted animals as well as letting in the fresh air to air out the entire house. I really love it. It was well worth the money and I have an entire room in which to work or let my dogs relax while looking out.

The work was prompt and professional. It's been three months and all is good. I recommend them.

The repair was quick and painless. The repairman was very versed in his field and very hospitable.

Very responsive company. They not only replaced the broken cable/components on the side in question, but replaced both sides. Price (around $250) was lower than anticipated. They came during the week while we were at work, made the fix, and then simply billed us by mail. Excellent service overall.

We went with them because we went looking for garage doors and they happened to be the installer for a home improvement store. We thought we would go directly to the source instead of going through the store. I had to have them come out again and they were really good. I liked what they had done, so they came out 5 months later and fixed the chain that had slipped out. We had a problem with our driveway because we have trees. The way they put our concrete foundation in for our garage and how it measures, they had to back in and adjust our garage door so that it wouldn't be off. Our original one was wood and they had to do an adjustment on the side by adding pieces of wood to balance it out. These guys went in and they said because of the how it was, they would have to back it in so that the door would go down straight. They told us that it might cost a little more. That was something that I had no idea that we needed to have done. They gave us ways that we had to be able to adjust it so it would shut flat. They were very knowledgeable. The guys were very good. They cleaned up everything. They were very neat to work with. They were always on top of everything. They were terrific. I actually went out there and they were very nice and very easy to work with. They were willing to answer any questions. They were very prompt. They were very responsible. They called ahead to make sure that we knew they were coming. They were probably just as good as anybody else pricewise. I thought the quality was fine. We have been extremely happy with it, enough that we called them back when we had a different problem. We would use them again in the future.

They came out the next day and fixed it. It took him a few hours to get in done. I had a little problem with one of the buttons. They came over within a few hours and took care of it at no cost to me.
