Initially, the company was very professional and responsive. They scheduled the job promptly. On the day of the job, they were unable to perform part of the insulation work as previously described. They did explain why they were unable to do it, but I was quite disappointed that the problem they encountered was not discovered at the time of the estimate. There was a small amount of damage done to some siding on my home. They promised to repair it, but it took multiple phone calls in order to get the repair done. Once they finally came, it only took about 30 minutes to repair. Overall, I was not happy with the service since I did not get all of the work I expected and it was very expensive. So far, the results have been sub-par. We have not seen any difference in our utility bills.

Our experience with them was great. They were very nice and professional. We were trying to get energy rebates from the states and Gaber was the only ones that qualified for the rebates. Their professionalism and punctuality are vey good. They were very nice and professional.

Graber was on time for the free estimate and provided an accurate price. They quoted the entire project acurately. On the day of the insulation they were on time, professional during the entire process, explained all the steps, adn performed a very good clean up. We would definitely use Graber insulation again.

MR. GRABER IS THE KIND OF BUSINESSMAN I WISH ALL BUSINESSMEN WOULD EMULATE. HE IS ON TIME, COMMUNICATES WELL, KEEPS IN CONTACT VIA PHONE MESSAGES, RETURNS CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND PROVIDES AN EXCELLENT SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. DAY ONE - MR. GRABER ARRIVES ON TIME AND WE WALK THROUGH THE HOUSE, DISCUSSING WHAT IS NEEDED. HE ALSO PROVIDES HELPFUL INFORMATION. DAY TWO-FOUR -THE TEAM ARRIVES, ASSESSES THE SITUATION, COMES PREPARED AND QUICKLY GOES TO WORK, WRAPPING NECESSARY WINDOWS, DOORS, ETC...THE SPRAYING BEGINS, THE EXCESS IS TRIMMED, AND EVENTUALLY, ALL CARRIED AWAY BY THE COMPANY. HIS WORK CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF COVERING THE CEILING, WALLS, BANDBOARDS, AND I COULD TELL THEY ENJOYED THEIR WORK. THEY KEPT THE WORKSITE CLEAN AS WELL. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND GRABER INSEALATOR TO ANYONE. IF WE BUILD AGAIN, WE'LL ONLY BEING CALLING HERSHEL GRABER FOR OUR INSULATION - HANDS DOWN.
