+ -1 moreIt went just fine. They got it done quickly, and thorough. The owner was there. They explained everything really well. I'm looking forward to use them again in the future if I have to. It's nice to have a company that I could trust.

+ -1 moreA technician from Moore and Crimmins came to our home timely after dispatch from Pivotal Home Solutions (NIPSCO). The trip was for A/C maintenance and furnace repair. The technician was clearly focused on the quality of his work. He was meticulous with every detail of the cleaning-repair process. I was pleased with every aspect of this service call and recommend Moore and Crimmins without reservation.

+ -1 moreWe had to pay a service fee. They said that they checked our air conditioner and we ended up having it replaced so we did call somebody else because we felt they were not being honest. We weren’t totally happy with the service they provided. They said they cleaned it and within two weeks it was not working. We did call another company and they said it needed to be cleaned and they showed us. We told them we had it cleaned and they said no way. The service charge was reasonable. They didn’t check it out like they should have. The punctuality was fine. They didn’t do what they said they would.
Description of Work: We had Moore & Crimmins Inc to come out and check our air conditioner.

Description of Work: I had a furnace problem so they came and fixed it. There was a burnt section on the circuit board.

+ -1 moreI was away on my honeymoon at the time, when i returned the work was complete (about 4 days worth). Not all of the solid duct work was sealed with tape, but over all I feel like they did a good job.
Description of Work: New furnace and A/C unit, all new duct work, and a new Flash Hot water heater.
