 + 4 morePhil is a crackerjack do it all kind of guy. He works by the hour which made me nervous at first. But he and his assistant, Chuck, work so quickly and efficiently that I felt it was a great way to go.I then bought the supplies.Their work is very good and I enjoyed having them around.
Description of Work: Installed electrical fans and lights.Replaced plumbing fixtures.Laid tile on Bathroom floor and tub surroundLaid laminate flooring.Painted 4-5 roomsPowerwashed back of my houseRemoved satelitte dishes and wiringPainted vanityRipped out old tub/shower and toilet.Replaced toilet. Installed tiled walk in shower.Lots of little things that you would ask can you fix this?

 + 5 moreHe did a careful job, and the price was very reasonable. He made good suggestions. It took longer than we had planned on, and since he was paid by the hour, it was more costly, but we are quite pleased with the results so far.
Description of Work: We installed a new kitchen in the basement from the cabinets in our upstairs kitchen that is also being remodeled. He completely finished the kitchen space, the adjacent laundry room and a large pantry. He did the plumbing, electrical, walls, porcelin tile, and set the cabinets. He did the floor in the main kitchen and we are waiting for delivery of the cabinets for him to finish the upstairs kitchen.

 + 5 moreOUTSTANDING. Phil was great to work with to complete all of the projects. He also had an assistant, Chuck, who helped. Phil was always there when he said he would be. Worked throughout day and had creative solutions to fix some of the minoe problems encountered. I would highly recommend his company and will absolutely use them agian in the future.
Description of Work: Multiple projects handled by Phil Ward. Gas line extended from basement to kitchen. Tile replacement - ripped out old tile in laundry & master bath and installed new tile flooring as well as corrected other issues. Windows- repaired multiple windows- sash, brick milding, window mechanism,etc-saved thousands of dollars. Dryer vent repair, interior painting repair and paint,
