+ -1 moreAs soon as I called the company, they immediately tried to help my problem remotely from my office to theirs. I started to get anxious because I didn't understand what I needed to do, or what certain technical issues meant. Within a half hour, Jesus Hernandez came to my office and helped me to locate the problem. He was very professional and polite as he worked diligently for hours getting my office computer back on track where it needed to be. He made sure to set us up with a maintenance plan so this would not occur again. He instructed me on how to maintain and back up my computer. Any question I had, he patiently explained his answer to me in a way I could understand it.
Description of Work: Fixed my computer problem promptly.
