+ 3 moreERW Contracting (Eric Wickersham) was hired to complete interior work at the Roxy Movie Theater because of his very low bid compared to other bids...along with his pleasant personality, dedicated work ethic, and concern for quality. Starting in December of 2011 and finishing May 18, 2012, a majority of this project was performed in harsh whether conditions but it didn't slow him. Eric Wickersham sacrificed his family life and commonly worked 15 hour days to meet deadlines. Eric Wickersham is unique in the fact that he gives such quality work for more than what is a reasonable price quote. I would recommend this guy to do practically any kind of construction project, knowing it will be completed as if it were his own.
Description of Work: ERW (Eric Wickersham) Contracting constructed all interior framing for the Roxy Movie Theater in Peru, IN : When under roof in early construction, the building's interior was open inside except for the concrete block corridor area. ERW Contracting was hired to complete the 23' high sound-proof stud walls between the five theaters and lobby area. This also included all interior walls being dry-wall sheeted, finished and sanded. ERW Contracting also completed all of the drop ceiling throughout the building, along with special effect designer walls, and all sound-proofing panels in each theater. A majority of this work mentioned was performed by scissor-lift. ERW Contracting also completed the floor and wall ceramic tile in the bathrooms and concession stand areas, along with carpeting and handrails in each theater.
