We had submitted a previous rating when Wilkins Overhead Door had serviced our garage door some time ago. As a result we called them again when our drive chain came loose and we were unable to secure our garage. They were prompt; reasonably priced and the door is still operating six months later.

Our Garage Door spring broke on Thursday late afternoon and we called the company that installed the door. Our car and gator were inside the Garage and we needed to expedite a Service Request because we couldn't manually open the door. The company we called had installed both Commercial and Residential Doors for us in the past and said they would be out Friday afternoon. 15 minutes before closing on Friday, they called to say they were busy with other calls and couldn't do the work until Monday. We had waited all day and the company didn't give us the consideration to call us when they decided to do other jobs. We looked in the Yellow Pages and called Wilkins Overhead Doors and they saved the day. Within an hour they arrived all the way from Linton and had the door operational within an hour. We would highly recommend these people- they: 1. Responded quickly 2. Came out after hours 3. Were very courteous and professional 4. Were VERY reasonable on charges. In these times, we hear about companies being hungry for work and how that want your business. In this case, a large company said they couldn't care less about our situation and a small company did care and got the job done. Guess who we will call the next time...
