ACTION SEPTIC TANK & SEWER SVC

Owner Jeff and business partner Lou were an absolute pleasure to work with. They encountered a very difficult clogged drain which was compounded by the existing drain having been crushed during landscaping work the previous year. They were persistent in searching for the problem and offered options to fix the problem. We ended up going with the option that was a bit more expensive but one that would definitely prevent future problems. They started work the next day. They spent a very long day hand-digging the trench so as to disturb our landscaping a little as possible. They had to remove part of our brick patio to replace the drain and said they would return in a few weeks to replace the bricks (after the ground had had a chance to settle.) Their work and cleanup were excellent. Sure enough, a few weeks later they came back - WITHOUT ONE CALL FROM US - and replaced the patio bricks so that it looks as good as it had before they were disturbed! We have worked with quite a few contractors, and these gentlemen were two of the most reliable, trustworthy and professional contractors that we have encountered in our 3 years in this area. We would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to others.
