Sam and his crew did everything we asked and more, offering suggestions when we we're sure what we needed. His attention to every last detail was truly impressive. Because of his perfectionism, the job took a little longer than originally anticipated but the result was so-o-o-o worth it because the condo turned out great! We'd hire him again for any other similar work. Highly recommend!!
Description of Work: Sam and his crew did a complete renovation of our condo. First demolition, then the installation of new floors throughout, new baseboard, painting the entire house including ceilings and woodwork, installation of new crown molding, tile work, building a new wall, installing new light fixtures, building shelving, and installation of new kitchen appliances and new cabinets.
