Description of Work: Dan came out to my house for what I thought was a gutter problem and he professionally sized up the issue as a roofing problem. He made several recommendations, answered my many questions ans stated he would come back and "walk my roof" to confirm his suspicions. He called me, stated the extent of the problem and had even left a message with the roofing company I had provided him. All for no charge. This is one of the few decent, honest good guys left and I will absolutely hire him if I need gutter or siding services. I highly recommend!

Description of Work: I'm very picky, I'm not picky!?! I'll try to explain. By experience I've found that if you don't detail what you want done you don't get what you want. By contrast, most contractors I've contacted lately don't want to give details because they know they won't live up to these standards. So I walk away. Dan gave me answers to all my queries and then explained the quality of materials he would supply. Top notch stuff. He explained that if things went as planned he would be here by Friday and Ezra arrived on Friday. Refreshing! At first I was surprised that Ezra was going to do the job himself. He listened to my concerns about water pooling where several downspouts were in close proximity and decided to eliminate 2 downspouts and crown three gutters to make most of the water run to the other end. I had an idea to combine 2 downspouts into one with a "y" he figured how to do it and it works better than I could have imagined. Quite a 'genius' (meaning Ezra, not me). Anyway, you can read between the lines, I'm picky and HAPPY!

+ -1 moreWe are extremely happy with the work Dan and his team performed. They completed the job in three days and with a high degree of quality. Dan spent a good half hour with me beforehand discussing options, colors, etc. I told him that I wanted him to replace the gutters and do whatever else was necessary for a quality / long term installation - I asked him to treat the installation like he would with his own home and he certainly did not disappoint. They also did not leave a mess and kept the work site clean throughout the job. I would highly recommend Dan and his team for any job where someone is looking for high quality workmanship with a team that is punctual, pleasant and takes pride in their work. I have already recommended him to several neighbors and friends.
Description of Work: Dan and his team replaced approx 350 feet of gutters and all down spouts on our ranch home. There were also several places where soffit and facia was replaced.

Description of Work: I had gutters leaking over my driveway. In the winter it would freeze and cause a dangerous situation. I had 2 other contractors out trying to fix the problem and charging me 3 times what Rainbow Spouting charged. Rainbow Spouting found the problem almost immediately (the gutters were level and not draining plus a few holes that were easily plugged.) He didn't have the tools to fix it, but came back in 2 days and did the job. It has not leaked again.

+ -1 moreIn the past, Dan did a fantastic job when he installed the gutters when we built the house in 2001. Dan came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate. Then he showed me how to make the repairs myself, left me numerous small parts and rivets. Then he got his ladder out, went up and cut off 4 or 5 of the gutter nails to make removal easier for me. He said if I had difficulty, I could call him to finish the job, but he would have to charge me for the second trip though. A few days later I only had to buy two corner pieces and some gutter seal, and was able to complete the repair without further help. So here's a guy, that drove clear across the county at the end of his workday, gave me parts, gave me instructions, and got me started, but never charged me a cent. He said, and quot;In times like these we all need to help each other when we can.and quot; Rainbow Spouting's prices are fair, the work is professional, and you won't be disappointed. and quot;Thank you, Dan, for your inspiration.and quot;
Description of Work: This past spring I was needing to remove and replace a small but complicated (for me) section of gutter in order to repair a recessed light fixture. I called and left a message on Rainbow Spouting's voice mail.

+ -1 moreHad old, clogged gutters on home that were sagging and badly needed replacement. After asking around for referrals from my clients, Rainbow Spouting was the one I chose based on referrals. I had him come out and review what would be required and make recommendations on replacement. I also asked him to help with altering the path of one gutter for better drainage. We agreed on a price and he stated exactly when he would be out to do the work. He showed up promptly, and the work was done exactly as I had asked, except for the drainage issue which I left to his expert opinion. They were very well made aluminum gutters, custom made on premises. Seams were neat and tidy, installation was clean and he removed my old ones. He resolved my drainage issue and after many, many hard rains and 1 winter, I am proud to still see those strong gutters doing their job.
Description of Work: Removed old sagging, clogged, rusted gutters & downspouts, installed new seamless aluminum gutters & downspouts. Installed flashing to help drainage off shallow pitch roof.
