I use them all the time. He does all the work. He is great. He does a good work. He is super. I can't say enough good things about him.

It did not go well. He called the day of our scheduled appt for an estimate and wanted to change the day. I said that if there was any way he could come today it would be most appreciated as I had taken off from work to keep our appt...We then agreed to a later time for that day but he was late for that time as well. When he arrived and I began showing him the work to be done, he said he was "expensive" and he obviously was concerned that I wouldn't be able to afford his services. I thought it was unprofessional. When we discussed the replacement of my patio door, he was concerned again.. He said "I bet you know exactly how you want this door to look and that scares me." I thought that was a very strange thing to say as most customer do have a good idea of how they want their door to look......after all, it's their money. About a week later, I received an email from him which I thought to be his estimate. It was, however, an email stating that the work needing to be done was beyond his scope.

He saved my marriage! He can fix anything and he is amazing. He has a creative, engineering mind that can come up with a solution. He goes above and beyond; if he sees something that is broken he will automatically fix it. He is prompt, he is cost effective, and he is very reasonable considering the amount of knowledge that he possesses. He was here all day but he is very fast. He is very orderly so he can plan his repairs according to what will take the longest. He is the only worker of any kind that does not have to be watched. He does not cut corners or do things half-way. His work is exemplary and is simply superior to everyone else's, in any field; plumbing , carpentry, electric , construction etc. I wish i could talk him into doing more but he is very honest about what he wants to do and I so respect that. His prices are cheap since you do NOT have to hire someone else to fix what he has worked on , or clean up the mess yourself.

They were professional, responsive, and punctual. They were good and they got back to us really quickly. They were priced a little high but I would get a bid from them in the future.

This is the second time we hired Freedom Home Services. It's a great way to get a list of jobs completed all in one day.

Overall, my impression of him was very good. He did a nice job. He was easy to work with. He was thorough and professional. The price was good.

I discussed it with Terry, he said he could fit it together and glue it. Then he could put it back on the drawer. His first attempt had to be modified and on his second trip to the house he installed the drawer face and drawer and it looks great. Can't tell unless you look closely, and know what you are looking for, for an imperfection.

A great experience--Terry was prompt in returning my call and on time for the appointment. We had already purchased the fans and explained we wanted them installed as flush as possible since these were traditional 8 foot ceilings. He explained about wiring he would have to do to make the fan work independently from the light, since the lights were controlled with only one switch. He completed the job within the estimated time and cleaned up nicely. The fans look great and work great--I wish we had done this a long time ago!

He was very professional in dealing with the situation. The job was just beyond something he normally would do.

Shutters were installed on the day specified and appear to be evenly spaced on the sides of the windows. Terry McKenzie was professional to work with and gave advice on replacement shutters which made my shopping experience easier.

Terry is an amazing service provider. He is professional, knowledgeable, punctual and efficient. We have used Terry many times for various home projects. He always completes work that is extremely professional looking. On our last project, he helped research faucets for us before the job, because only a few styles would work with our existing tub. He saved us countless hours of research. We will definitely be using Terry and Freedom Home Services for all of our future handyman projects.

This was the second time we had used Freedom Home Services Inc, and both times Mr. McKenzie did an outstanding job.

Terry displayed a strong work ethic and knowledge in many home improvement / repair areas. He was polite and generally pleasant to have around the house, showing up on time, calling ahead of the appointment, keeping me informed and completing the work efficiently.

Our dryer was no longer drying our clothes. Terry cleaned out all the old dryer hose, and rerouted the dryer hose/duct to a more effecient location. Now our cloths dry and 1/2 the time. Terry is always the best. He is HONEST and FAIR. I cannot say enough good things about this handyman!

I have used him four or five times over the last five years. He does a great job and I really like him a lot. He is a really nice guy. He is very responsive. I feel very comfortable having him in my home. He is very clean and neat. He did quite a big job for me in the bathroom. He did some trim work in the bathroom and he did a great job. He is outstanding for the money I paid. He has done a lot of miscellaneous handyman thing for me before. I would use his service in the future too.

Terry is easy to work with, honest, gives fair pricing and makes great suggestions to improve the project.

He was excellent. I also used him when I was settling at my dad?s estate. He has done so many different types of things and he has been just terrific. He has been very prompt, fair and reasonable. He has also talented and reliable.

Very impressed with Terry from first phone call. Arrived promptly on first visit, was rofessional and easy to have around. He stayed a whole day and we were very happy with the work performed. In fact, we hired him a second time and had the same great experience. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.

It went very well. I first gave a trial run with the back lights and was satisfied. After living with them a short while, I added these lights to the side yard. I did not have to wait for Terry's service. He was accommodating in every way. I appreciated him and his work. I would call him again without hestitation.

I thought their price was reasonable. He did a good job and it is working fine.
