This is the second time I have worked with Terry and he always does a great job. He's great to work with and I will continue to use his services.

Our experience with Terry was wonderful. He responded immediately when I called and set up a time to do the work that was convenient for us. He arrived right on time and had all of the equipment needed to handle the tasks. He completed all of the tasks efficiently and did a professional, excellent job on each task. He is friendly, responsible and very easy to work with. We are very pleased and will call him for all future handyman tasks.

He is great in all regards and charged much less than expected.

Everything went very well. I had new lights on the side of the house. I have a new fixture for the back yard. They look like they are working fine, as I check them each night to be certain they are lit.

All work was on time, and under his original cost estimate.

The work was very inexpensive. They were right on time. The guy came in and got it done quickly. He was friendly and professional. I had no issues with them at all.

The stairs job went as expected and new stairs are a big improvement . The ceiling job ended up being more involved than was planned for in the original estimate due to the textured ceiling and matching the existing color. The estimate was revised and the work completed satisfactorily.

We have had Terry do many projects for us in the past. I will always keep Terry's number handy. His pricing is very reasonable and he work is exceptional. I make an appointment and Terry shows up when scheduled. He even had to run to the hardware store because the piping that was included with the new faucet was too short. Terry is very good at his job.

Very well. We have Freedom Home Services many times, and we have always been very satisfied with his work, price. etc.

I had used them a couple of other times previously. He came prepared with all of the tools that he needed and was able to quickly seal up a hole in the drywall. Overall the experience went really well.

Went well because when I called him he was on "overload" with projects, but was able to give me an excellent reference, also from Angie's List, whom I did use.

After doing some research on Angie's List, I left a message on the company phone on a Sunday afternoon, fully expecting a return call sometime on Monday. My call was returned on the Sunday evening and the service appointment was made accommodating my schedule. I was impressed with that promptness and professional attitude. Terry arrived right on time, took a look at the two jobs I needed done and went right to work. He was efficient, pleasant, and informative. I will definitely call him again!

I called Terry and left a message about the work I wanted done. He returned the call promptly and came the same day to look at the job and to give me a quote. We set up an appointment for a few days later. He was early, very professional, did a very good job and cleaned up the mess. He tore out the old steps and rotten supports and replaced with new supports and new steps. I was very pleased and would use him again.

We were extremely pleased with how well it all went. Terry was prompt and businesslike, yet still friendly. He arrived on time (even a few minutes early I think) and went right to work. We felt very comfortable being in other parts of the house or yard and didn't feel like we had to watch him. If he needed us for something, he came and found us. He worked hard, like he was in his own home, and didn't cut any corners. He arrived at 8:00 a.m. and left at approximately 6:45 p.m. and I never saw him take a break. Terry worked very hard and is very conscientious. We definitely will call him again when the need arises.

Every experience with Terry has been outstanding. Good efficient service at a fair price!

The owner was very pleasant. He seemed pretty knowledgeable in his work. It is not that we chose not to use him but we were getting a few more estimates and we just haven't gotten around to it yet. He is on our potential list of doing the job. His pricing was a little high. He was just our first estimate, so we are doing some comparisons to see exactly where his pricing falls. He was great. He provided the estimate very quickly and very promptly. I told him that I was still going to get a few more estimates and he was very nice about it.

I was familiar with FHS after hiring them several years ago for general handyman work, and I contacted the company this time for lighting and ceiling fan installation, and other general handyman work around my home. They were quite responsive in providing an estimate, scheduling the work, and completing the requested work. Great experience all around, and I would definitely use this company again for similar work. I am contacting them today for work needed at a relative's home.
