As always, it went excellent. Terry arrives on time, does what he says he will do, does excellent quality work, and cleans up. Plus, his rates are very reasonable.

Mr. McKenzie was very professional and pleasant and punctual. One light fixture was above my bathroom vanity. He stood on a relatively heavy clean drop cloth on my counter while performing his work. The second light fixture to be replaced was on a basement stairway. He had to use a ladder that had 2 different levels to accommodate the steps. After replacing both lights, he left no mess at all. I would recommend him and use him again.

This was our first time using Freedom and he was able to schedule our visit for the day after I called, showed up on time and finished the job in less than an hour. Very pleased.

Completed the work in about 3 hours, everything went smoothly, he was very professional, explained everything he was doing.

They did a really good job. What we liked is that he could do it quickly. He called me back the same day and said he could get us in the next day. They provide a lot of different services so we plan to call them back for some more work.

I called him around 9:30 in the morning and he said he would try to be here that afternoon around 3:00. He showed up right on time. His price was very reasonable and he was very professional. He was here a total of two hours and even had to go to the hardware store to pick up some supplies. I would recommend him highly to others.

Terry scheduled me in within a day or two of my request at my convenience (after work). He worked quickly and did a great job.

The job went very well. He came out when we asked him to and gave us an estimate. They stuck to the price on their estimate. He was very professional and cleaned up everything when he was finished with the job.

Terri was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked hard and did an excellent job. We were not aware we needed a new dishwasher until the unit was pulled out and we noticed the bottom of the unit was rusting. We purchased a new unit which he installed. (This was not in his original quote.) Terri removed our old counter tops the day before our granite tops were installed. He then came back the day after the granite was installed and finished the job. This was critical because we were without sinks in our house for two days. He worked his schedule to accommodate our tight schedule. We supplied the faucets and toilet but he supplied all the plumbing supplies and rollers for the door.

It was very good. They returned our phone call promptly. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and charged us what they said they would.

Great. Terry McKenzie is the owner. He arrived right on time and was very pleasant. After I went through my list of "to do's" with him, he ran out to Menard's to buy the materials necessary to complete my work. When he returned, he worked away at the things that I had for him to do. He showed me several other things that he encountered that he thought would need to be fixed/replaced in the future, but did not in any way pressure me to have them done right away. His invoice was very reasonable and I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Honesty is so refreshing! Mr. McKenzie asked questions and listened carefully when I told him what the problem was. He gave me a quick lesson on vinyl siding and windows and then told me that he knew someone who was really good at this type of work. I believe his comment was "He's done a lot more of these jobs than I have." I never got the impression that he was too busy or "didn't do windows" like many other companies we've been in touch with. I felt that he honestly wanted us to have the right person for the job. I really appreciated him being up front and professional, and he will be the first on my list of handymen to call for other jobs around the house.

As always, Terry was responsive and professional. He did an outstanding job!

Terry McKenzie is a one man operation. He was here on two different days and very punctual on both. He is extremely neat, concise and professional. Terry came to the house and, after checking caulk colors, sought and purchased appropriate caulk. He scheduled the job on my day off and arrived on time. He worked efficiently and used quality caulking materials. He accepted my check for payment. The only "glitch" -- albeit minor -- was that I had to call him a second time. Overall, Terry was responsive, friendly, and professional.

I got Terry from Angie's List and he was very good. I have used him for years--he tells you what he can do, and tells you what he can't do. He is very honest.
