Overall service was good although they were a little late starting the job. There were a couple issues with the finishing. For example,there was a screw showing and the drywall above the shower was not plumb. I wished the hangers would have brought this to my attention before the hung this section of drywall. I would have fixed before it became an issue. Don came over and fixed these little issues and made them right.

Overall very well. Unexpectedly the ceiling did not hold the spanish lace and Don's drywall/Don plus extra helper had to replace the entire ceiling, thus find someone to come and hang drywall first. Don's was prompt and did a good job. We had some cleanup of splattering of mudding which did not get cleaned up out of light sockets and on wood.

It went well. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate did a thorough job. In fact the final bill was exactly the same as the quote. The gentlemen who came out to actually do the drywall came and went at odd times but the job was done in the timeframe that we were told it would be done. Only thing I would have changed, was to mandate the work hours. We have children that we have to run to and from school. Occasionally, the workers would show up at noon and then we would have to ask them to leave at 2:00 when we left to pick up our kids. Other days, they would show up at 9:00 and get a few hours of work in before leaving for lunch, but then not return until 2:00. At which time, we would have to say come back tomorrow or later because we are heading out to get our kids. Nonetheless, the job as done on time, and on budget. The work was excellent and we love the finished basement!

The man who came to do the estimate was very nice while he was in my home, but then we never heard from them.

Great job. We will use again.

They inserted 4 drywall sections into 4 heating grates , then muddled and finished each one to match the rest of the ceiling.then he muddled a 3x4 section and finished it off too.
