+ -1 moreI called the Signature office to inspect my maple trees for insects and received a recording saying that no one was available to take my call and I should leave a message. I left a description of desired services and my phone number. After two weeks I still had not received a call. I placed a 2nd call and spoke with a gentleman. I was told that the specialist would be in my area the next day or the day after and would call me with the results of his inspection. I have waited 2 weeks and have not received a call back. I had similar problems with them last year. Followup April 2011. Received a call from Signature Tree Service saying that they had seen my Angie's List experience and apologized for the poor service. He offered (and I accepted) to spray the trees for the next 3 years at no charge.
Description of Work: Asked Signature to inspect 2 maple trees on my property for insect damage
