They are always available by phone to answer questions. I've called at odd hours and they have always answered their phone and often just given me the instructions I needed to fix the problem. They have always done good work so I've stuck with them over the years. Sometimes I’m not sure when they are going to show up. I will continue to use them.

Left 3 messages, Kevin returned call first, came out the next day and found the problem- heating element out- ordered the part and installed in when it arrived. Took a little longer for the part but not their fault.

Northwestern had moved out of their 96th Street, Indianapolis, location and back to their original Lebanon home. The answering machine does not reveal the new location; you have to speak to a person to get this information. The explanation for this was that they still service spas in Indianapolis and didn't want to worry their customers. They were helpful enough to tell me they could not fix my sauna. However, even though I tried repeatedly to get information about a new sauna and tried to set up numerous meetings, Melissa did not come through for me. They had sold all of their display saunas when they moved and did not have any to show me. I was still willing to order a sauna if they would set it up and service it. They were not organized enough to give an estimate of the cost, even though on several phone calls they said they would look into it. They also would not set up a visit to my home to see what model would be appropriate. They may be better about hot tubs, but I do not know about that.

I had a small leak in my 20 year old spa. It was loosing about 1" of water per week. Joe the owner tightened some bolts which slowed the leak, and said too much tightening might open a can of worms with a spa of this age this time of the year with an outdoor spa in 20 deg. weather. We will look at things again in the spring. Joe, over the past 5 or 6 years, has worked on our spa 3 times, and we have always found him reasonable and very honest.

It was a very pleasant experience, they arrived on time, did the job and I was very pleased with it.
