 + -1 moreThey are very responsive. I called to tell him I had a leaking pipe and he was out the next day. As far as plumbers go he is clean, responsive and cleans up after himself. I have used him several times.
Description of Work: I used Nance Plumbing to replace some old plumbing in my bathroom. They also replaced my main water line.

 + 0 moreI was very impressed with the wax less toilet seal because our toilet always leaked. We had a numbers of plumbers but this was the first one to ever suggest to us getting a wax-less toilet seal. He's excellent because he keeps abreast of new plumbing trends & he's very knowledgeable, which I like. He does a really good job of studying & understanding the problem and then addressing it correctly. We would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: We have used them four times, January '07, March '07, August '07 & April '08. They reset the toilet using a wax less toilet seal around the base. He also replaced a sump pump battery, extended sump pump pipe & repaired other toilets in the house.
