The air flow was much better as some of the old duct work had come loose from the registers and some of the duct work had holes in them and insulation coming out of them. The main problem was that he had quoted me 6 months earlier and included a programmable thermostat. When I called them to come out do the work the estimate went up $200 and Craig could not locate the old estimate. He also thought at this time that we were getting a new A/C unit and not replacing the duct work, so he did not remember the conversation we had six months prior. After he left I came home and noticed that the thermostat was not programmable. I immediately called Craig and he ordered a programmable one and changed it out at no additional charge, but I was upset because he again forgot our conversation when I scheduled the work. Overall not a bad experience but they left my crawlspace open and I had to go down into it to get our cat.

Was willing to negotiate on price based on my budget. Craig is very nice to deal with and the new unit works fantastic. Was quick to point out potential problems with removing the old unit. On the downside, left the furnace closet in disarray and did not clean up. I found what looked like black pieces of wood, bent metal pieces, and screws in the furnace closet. Outside of the furnace closet in my dining room area there were more screws on the floor and several small sharp metal pieces. They also left our crawlspace access (which is inside the house) open when they left. As a result, one of our cats went missing and I was in the crawlspace for 45 minutes looking for it. To date we have not yet found him. I called Craig and left a voicemail regarding our missing cat and asked for a callback and we have never received one.
