I spoke to Jamie over the phone. She was very bright and professional and explained their service very well. I wasn't sure what I needed to have done when I called, I just knew I didn't want to see any more bugs! When I told her this, she explained that we could set up an appointment for a no cost inspection so they could tailor the service to my needs. When I mentioned that I live with two other people and I needed to speak to them for an idea of when someone would be home, she explained that they have evening and weekend appointments available as well. The interaction was very pleasant and I plan to call back to schedule an appointment soon.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate to have them inspect and spray my house for bugs, spiders, etc.
