lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreScheduled them to pick up my lawn tractor in my driveway on a Monday. However, they somehow lost my appointment and it was not picked up. I called them on Tuesday, and they acknowledged misplacing my address. Agreed to pick up the mower that afternoon and waived the pickup charge of $60, which pleased me. Mower was returned a few days later and has run well the entire season.
Description of Work: Provided following services to lawn tractor: changed oil and filter, changed battery, sharpened blade, and fixed blade engagement lever.

+ -1 moreThey were polite and seemed to go above and beyond in explaining things. They were prompt and arrived around the time they said they would. I had contacted another company to do something for me on a different tractor and they were not as prompt as Indy Tractor.
Description of Work: They diagnosed the problem and installed a battery in a tractor.
