+ -1 moreJoe came out for initial appointment on time. He gave me 2 estimates... one for the way I originally "thought" was the cheapest way and one for converting to electric. I chose to go the electric route. We made an appointment for a week out. (He was getting married the next day and then honeymoon... he told me that if I had any questions during that time, to text him and he would get back with me!!!) I actually did text him during that week just to confirm our appointment for 10/1. He actually texted me back to confirm. He was trustworthy enough that I was able to give him the code to my garage. He said he'd be out around 12:30pm on 10/1. He offered to give me a 30 minute call prior to arrival. This wasn't necessary since I was at the office. He arrived on time. I get home at 4:00pm. He texted me at 3:15 to let me know the work had been completed! I was shocked. He met me there when I got home to show me the work he'd done.h It is FABULOUS!!!! Very detailed work! I am very picky! He had done everything meticulously! VERY happy!!!
Description of Work: Joe took out my gas water heater from my cramped laundry room and converted it to an electric water heater and rerouted it to the garage. Changing from gas to electric eliminated a lot of pipes, cleaning up the look and the space of the laundry room. I had thought he would move the gas water heater just on the other side of the wall into the garage, making the water heater a bit in the way out in the garage; but thought this was the cheapest option. Joe suggested moving the water heater out of sight and into the corner of the garage; which placed it out of the way (great idea!). He also suggested changing from gas to electric, eliminating the need for so many pipes; etc. My first thought was wanting to go the cheapest route to get the monstrosity out of my tiny laundry room; but he came up with a much better plan...

+ -1 moreJoe Wilborn of “Honest and Affordable Plumbing” was prompt. His service was excellent. If he didn’t have a part he did not charge extra for time to get that part. He honored his pricing even six months later. He was willing to take extra time to explain how he was servicing an item. Used service provider from October 2013.
Description of Work: Install new dish water, new water meter, new garbage disposal, new kitchen sink and faucet, replumbed and installed new supply lines and discharge for two new sink bases in bathroom, maintenance water heater.
