 + -1 moreBrad is very cordial and professional. He performed a VERY thorough inspection and his estimate was submitted in detail with reasonable pricing. He even submitted estimates on a job we may contemplate in the future. The columns were put in place almost immediately after arrival. The roof work was challenging but he efficiently worked with our schedule to complete the work before the house painters arrived. My only feedback is that phone calls should be returned quicker but even this was not a great matter of concern. His price was that of the estimate and I will most definitely consider him for our future projects.
Description of Work: Replacement of eight porch columns and exterior wood repair to roof trim of a Queen Anne Classic house.
