 + -1 moreThe owner Rick Nester is very timely and reasonably priced. They do good work and never have to come back to redo it. He does good work the first time.
Description of Work: He put a new sump pump, fixed our air conditioner and furnace, and put new plumbing in when we had a flood.

 + 0 moreAwesome - if you ever need a good plumber, I hope you are lucky enough to experience Mr. Nester and his colorful stories and words of wisdom... he is a dying breed of good human beings.
Description of Work: We recently moved into our home and within a week, the 3rd floor vanity water supply lines leaked and caused damage on the bottom two floors of our home. The supply lines were a concern on the home inspection before we bought the home, and the seller hired a contractor, Dave Jackson, to repair this. After we discovered water streaming out of our ceilings, we called my agent and the listing agent, who then sent Dave out to check it out. He said he did the repair, but wasn't responsible for the parts failure and walked out without fixing it. He suggested we go to Lowes. Mr. Nester was the listing agents plumber and he came out that same night. Within 15 minutes he had fixed it and shared several colorful stories about his life. He is quite the character and saved us in a great time of need. He even came back the next day to replace the cold water supply, because he worried it would fail also, and asked to see the invoice from Mr. Jackson so he could make sure his other repairs were correct.

 + -1 moreI had a leak from below the toilet. He said he was going to go buy a brand new toilet. He came back with a used one. It runs constantly. He was also very rude.

Description of Work: HAVE USED RECENTLY FOR BOTH PLUMBING AND HEATING AND COOLING. THEY HAVE INSTALLED TWO FURNACES, AND A HUMIDIFIER, REPLACED A THERMOSTAT AND INSTALLED A WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM.
