I asked him to come replace the gutters so that area would stay dry. I sent him pictures and requested his presence to my home and he told me he'd be here on a Wednesday in April, but I haven't heard from him since. I've been trying to call him every day since last Friday morning. I leave messages trying be as nice as possible requesting for him to give a call.

Very poor overall customer experiencee. After the job was accepted and started Derek seldom returned calls or texts. It's been over two weeks and the job is still not complete. My wife and I have contacted him in the last couple of weeks and ne has not returned our calls / texts. Quality is good but responsiveness is deplorable. I would NOT recommend their services unless you wrote in some type of time committment (e.g., job will be completed within 7 business days, weather dependent or agreed upon by the customer).

They're friendly and they did a quality work.

Provided an estimate to paint my parent's entire house.

No problems. They came back to do some touch up as requested.

The project went very smooth and without any difficulty, problems or interruptions. The painting crew was very well organized and very professional. Derek showed up daily to check on the progress of the work and kept in constant contact with us. He gave us a complete description of exactly what his team was going to do and he also listened well and took extra care to make repairs to specific areas we advised him of on the exterior of the house. The crew power-washed the home the day before all the repairs and caulking began. His team removed all the old caulk between the Hardie board siding and put new 50 year caulk between each joint. He also re-caulked the trim and clear caulked areas around the windows. There was no over-spray on any part of the house. He used high-quality satin Porter Paint. All downspouts were removed and painted. A very smooth and even coat of fresh paint on the entire home. Very well done.

The casings started peeling within a week. The experience was awful, he never calls back to return phone calls. I set up several times for him to come out and to correct the problems that we had previously discussed and he was aware of--he was always a no show. I did see his truck out on the road from time to time, but he would never get back to me. There were a couple of other mistakes that I would have let slide. He messed up the roof and also the deck by using a power washer to clean paint he spilled--the power washer ended up taking the stain off of the deck. I called him one last time this spring to set up an appointment, he was again a no show, so I had no choice but to take a legal action from there.

Derek came over quickly to check out the peeling paint & as weather permitted, got his employees here to prep & repaint the chimney, even though it was probably due to improper practices with the builder's painters. He is conscientious about his work & seeks to be thorough & a man of his word. He even shared tomatoes from his garden with us!

We started out great with Derek calling the day of the estimate to say he was going to be late and he turned out to be less than 5 minutes late! He gave me what I thought was a fair price and we set a date for him to come out. On the day the job was to begin, he was to be here at 9:00 AM. After 2 unanswered phone calls I emailed him about 12 and finally got a call. He told me that he didn't realize it was the 22nd, he thought it was the 15th! He came the next day (late), didn't show up the following day due to ''personal reasons'' and was late the next three days. Unfortunately, he left at around 1:30 every day which prolonged the job. In addition, the job was not well executed. The repair of the ceiling and other areas was messy and we had to ask him to sand the spackle, which he didn't do. He ran out of paint in the bathroom so there are many spots where you can see the old white wall through the new green paint. At least I like the color I chose! Beware of this painter.

JOB WELL DONE, WORKERS COURTEOUS, PAID ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER NEEDS, WENT OUT OF WAY TO MAKE SURE JOB DONE SATISFACTORILY.

HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE IN COMING THAT DAY. HE WENT QUITE A WAY OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET THE ESTIMATE DONE.

BOTH PAINTERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, CLEAN AND WORKED HARD TO PLEASE.
