 + 0 moreIt couldn't have gone better. From the initial call, Mr. Ferrer returned my call quickly. He had a very professional telephone demeanor, scheduled a visit to look at my problem for free, called to verify before coming, and responded well with various emails. The initial meeting showed that he was very professional and knowledgeable. He follow up with a prompt and reasonable estimate. He scheduled the repair at my convenience, showed up early, completed the repair and replacement, cleaned up after the work, and followed up after to make sure everything was working well. Really, could it be any better? I don't think so.
Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater and replaced pump in basement lift station.

Description of Work: Kris, the owner, came to our home to spot check a few issues. He checked out our water heater, some duct work that we added into a home remodel extension and he fixed a gas leak in our fireplace. Kris was fantastic and gave us some piece of mind as we are selling our home and needed some items punched out!
