It went well. On time, professional, neat and clean.

We felt pretty good witht he work that they did. We would have liked to have seen a little more caution with the planting we had, but they were working when it was sprinkling and getting late. They were good as far as in trying to please us.

WEnt well they were 6 weeks out on scheduling they showed up in 6 weeks treated the deck on tuesday the 26th and returned on the 28th and stained the deck.

Dale was very accommodating and easy to work with. The price was reasonable. There were some things to overcome. Dale was professional and the others that represent the company.

They did a very good job, we've worked with them in the past.

Once the project was started it was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. One day and a half to strip, one day to dry and then they sealed it. Even worked on Saturday because it worked out better for me. I would recommend Desk Rescue to my friends and neighbors.

I have a huge deck with five steps. Underneath my deck is a patio with columns. Everything went very good. They were prompt, professional, and easy to deal with.

This is the second time that I have used their service. They did an excellent job. They worked pretty steadily and didn't give up on it even though the temperature was extremely hot outside. On the first day, they took all the furniture off the deck and power washed it very well and they left it to dry for a day. They came back two days later and stained the deck. They ran out of my brand of stain and had to go looking for it and they found it. They came back and put the stain on. The work turned out real well and I was very pleased.

First of all the $1,200.00 is for the deck repair only. The concrete job was not entirely to my satisfaction and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. The deck job was first class and the work was through, just beautiful; very pleased. Dale Woody is a pleasure to work with, he doesn't rush the job, he knows what he is doing, very professional, very concerned that the customer is satisfied with his work. He is probably the best contractor I have worked with. The is something about Dale that instill s a lot of confidence in him. I really don't know if his price was high or low (I only got one other quote), but just going over requirements for the job, I knew he was the man for the job.

It took a while to get on the list because I called later in the season so they were pretty booked up. Once they came out, everything was fine. Deck looks great now.

After playing phone tag most of the summer, Dale contacted me about preserving my deck and sent an estimate. I accepted and someone came and powerwashed a week or so later. A few days later, Dale with small crew finished powerwashing. A few days later the crew came to stain the deck, and a few days after that Dale came to inspect the work and to instruct his crew on what still needed attention.

Mr. Woody missed his initial appointment with me to give me an estimate, but did call back within one day, apologized profusely, and rescheduled the estimate. The price he gave me for the work proposed was quite fair. The estimate was given in April but work did not start until July due to their schedule and this type of work being very weather dependent. Mr. Woody answered my calls within one day and kept me informed of progress once the job was started. The work when finished was excellent......like a whole new deck! One word of caution: Do NOT expect quick service....this type of work is VERY weather dependent, so schedule early in the year if you want to use your newly restored deck for most of the summer!

We have had a lot of problems with our deck in the past. We've had it re-stained by other companies 4 times in the last 5 years. If you have a cedar deck, use Dale Woody, because he is the best! He did an excellent job! His price might be a little more than the competition, but he does the job right the first time and he is worth the money.

They haven't been good at returning phone calls from the beginning. They have done some work, but now the part time worker that they have doing the carpentry work, in my opinion, hasn't been the most detailed. When that happened, I tried to call the owner to discuss the issue. I have now called him 6 times and left 4 messages (both at their office and his cell) and am shocked he hasn't called me back, hence my concern. I can't imagine that the owner would be happy with the kind of work that was originally done. They did finally come out to tidy up the original work, and I'm very satisfied now. I would recommend them in the end.

They were fine. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

We call him for staining every year. Sometimes he doesn’t call us back right away. I think it is because he is a one-man show. He even works till dark to finish a job. He does a beautiful job. The deck always looks pristine and clean when he is through. He shows up when he says he would and is usually out here all by himself. We have had people who would do the same kind of work, but my husband insists on having him. We have some blue stone around the deck, but he never gets anything on it as he is very careful.

He is excellent. He has a lot of things going so he is a little on the slow side, but he does excellent work. I think it is more important that he does it right than that he gets in done in several days.

We got several estimates from different companies in regard to having our deck stained for the first time. Deck Rescue was not the cheapest but we chose them because we liked the product they use. We had a bit of a rough start with a few communication problems, but we got everything straightened out. Dale came out and power washed our deck, trellis and swing and then a few days later they came out and preserved the deck. It took one full day. We are very happy with the appearance and would use this company again. Especially since it has a 3 year warranty for color retention and mold/mildew.

I called Deck Rescue to set up an appointment to look at our decks and give us an estimate. The Deck Rescue representative scheduled a visit several days after my initial call. I met him at my house and he answered all my questions about the condition of my decks and the work Deck Rescue would do. He was very courteous and professional during the whole process. I really appreciate his time and effort.

Dale did a great job, considering the challenge. The original stain would not easily come off, yet he was 99% successful at removing it. The deck looks so much better now.

They did a great job on the fence staining, but also did a large amount of warranty work on our deck that turned out really nicely.

My experience with them was decent. They did a decent job doing it, but they were very slow getting around to do it. They missed their time frame by over a month.
