The crew was great. They were friendly and efficient. They even helped us move our couch upstairs through the opening in the wall before the window was installed.

Holy cow, not enough good things can be said about Gary and Holly! I had an old green back door on my house, with a storm door that didn't latch properly. Holly and Gary came out and took a look at it, gave me my options, along with coloring. They were able to match the color of my front door. They advised me it would be about 5 weeks before getting the door in, and then painted. They maintained contact the entire time, and after all was said and done, the price was exactly as they quoted. Absolutel 10/10 would use again!!

Great work, was very pleased, however there was a lack of communication. There were delays in the project, I don't believe on their part, but they didn't keep me updated on the delays. Their preferred method of communication is with email.

I had already purchased the storm door. The husband and wife team did a great job adjusting the frame around the door so that the storm door installation would be a success. They did a good job in a timely manner and cleaned up when done.

Gary and his partner were excellent. They encountered a discharge pipe when installing the egress and easily rerouted it and made sure that all their repairs were watertight. They kept a clean jobsite and were excellent communicators.

We had a wonderful experience with Central Indiana Window and Door. They replaced an existing daylight basement window with an egress basement window and added a second egress window to our basement. The completion of the project has completely changed our basement and added value to our home. They were professional from start to finish, keeping us apprised on the timeline of the project and what to expect day to day. Central Indiana Window and Door did a phenomenal job! We wanted two windows installed in a wall that currently had no windows, so we needed someone who could do all the work beginning with actually cutting the hole in the wall/siding. Not only did they get us a super fast, very reasonable quote, but they were able to get us custom shaped windows that look amazing with our peaked ceiling. They got the entire job done in one day, as well. We couldn't be happier!

WOW!! They exceeded my expectations. Holly was extremely prompt when it came to responding to emails. I am usually leery about going with the lowest quote but I could not be happier. Not only did they do the work for a much lower cost than all the other companies I got quotes from, but they were also MUCH more knowledgeable than the big business companies like bee window. I would recommend them to ANYONE who needs windows installed. They do such a good job of cleaning up after themselves and hauling away all the extra dirt which is such an great quality for a service provider. My new egress windows look so amazing.
