+ -1 moreMy experience with them was very good. There were no unexpected issues with the service. I recommended him to some friends. They used him as well and were happy with the outcome.
Description of Work: They took out old carpet and put in new carpet for the entire home. It included five rooms and a hallway.

+ -1 moreTheir service was quick and easy. Our carpet choice with them was easy. Their pricing was more than competitive. They were fairly priced. Larry was really good to work with. The guy he sent showed up on time and did all in one day. His scheduling was perfect. The guy who came did a good job. Actually, he is going to come back and do our upstairs during the summer. In addition, I am pretty impressed with Larry because he followed me up.
Description of Work: I used Carpet Concepts for carpet installation.

Description of Work: Larry came to my house and took measurements for my hardwood floors for the first floor of my home. He went with me to his supplier and assisted me in picking out the samples to choose from, based on what I had told him I would like to have. His installer, Shane Childres came over and looked at what needed to be done before Larry gave me an estimate. Considering the amount of work needed and the research I had done if I went to a lumber center or Lumber liquidators and hire my own installer, I felt that the quote was reasonable in comparison. It was a large job and took about 5 days to complete. Shane, the installer was extremely considerate of our needs. He made sure that every evening before he left, we had our house put together enough to live in it comfortably. I built a house at one time and worked with many contractors, and I never worked with anyone as easy as Shane. My husband and I really appreciated his consideration to our needs. I would highly recommend Carpet Concepts for flooring needs. I am having Larry work up an estimate to install carpet on my second story.

+ 0 moreLarry came to the house and gave us different types of carpet and also different colors to choose from,.we also had the bathroom tiled.. The installer he uses is a very concinnous and thorough installer. It was done in good time. When it was finished I was very pleased at the work done. It was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this company to everyone.

+ 0 moreLarry came out and met with us and provided samples for us to see. Suggested carpet that would work with best with several pets in the house. We needed wor done in short timeframe and Larry was able to meet all of our requirements. Shane did a great job of installing the carpet. We are very pleased with the work and have received several compliments on the appearance of our new carpet. Would definitely recommend to friends.
