Returning the next day, we found the house being flooded by those caps that were now leaking. Called Boggs and he wouldn t come over to see what was going on. Did the next day and just said contact his insurance. No apologies. New wood laminate floors throughout had to be replaced. New master BR and and LR pads and carpets had to be replaced. Drywall repaired and water damage remediation carried out through another bedroom, halls, utility room, dining room, kitchen, living room. Delayed us one month in showing house. Cost $120 us an additional in electricity for the water remediation equipment usage used by remediation company. Never apologized. Thankfully, he did have insurance and agent was very good.
Description of Work: Boggs was paid to cap hot and cold water lines coming into kitchen sink during entire house remodel and repair running toilet.

Boggs plumbing was terrific! They were courteous, professional, on time & determined to fix our problem. They have a good staff and got the job done in a day. They even called back the next day to be sure all was ok.
Description of Work: Replaced a 20 year old well pump.

Dallas responded to our call right away and came out the next business day. He arrived on time and charged us only what he estimated.
