+ -1 moreMr. Johnson did an outstanding job. He did extensive research that I think went above and beyond in an effort to get the survey as accurate as possible. It did not appear a prior staked survey was done. Several discrepancies arose between what the previous owner believed to be the property line, on one side, and what it proved to be by following the legal & platted descriptions. Fortunately for us it's in our favor. But needless to say the other landowner is not very happy. Mr. Johnson has been working with her and her family to explain the situation. He has also made us aware of possible outcomes and what we may want to do to avoid more issues.
Description of Work: We had a Retracement Survey done on a 12 acre property we were purchasing. Appropriate points were staked and easements etc., were noted.
