The finished product meets expectations. The work was not done in the agreed upon time frame and the communication could have been better. 30 days elapsed between the deposit and the work being completed. Fortunately it was not a critical situation so the delay did not cause problems. The owner stated honestly that he did not have enough workers to do the work on time. That should have been stated at the time of the deposit rather than dragging it out over several weeks and several phone calls.

I HAD HIRED ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REPLACE 10 WINDOWS AND 10 SUNROOM STORMS. I FIRED HIM MIDWAY THROUGH THE JOB FOR POOR WORK. MOST CONTRACTORS WON'T TAKE OVER SOMEONE ELSE'S BAD JOB AFTER THE WINDOWS ARE ALREADY PURCHASED. THE WINDOWS HAD EVEN BEEN ORDERED SLIGHTLY TOO LARGE. THE INSTALLERS ROLLIE SENT, WERE JUST GREAT. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH A BAD SITUATION, AND DID IT VERY PLEASANTLY. I DID FIND TWO OTHER CONTRACTORS WHO WERE WILLING TO DO IT, BUT THIS BID WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS LOWER. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE SALES MEN AND INSTALLERS WERE VERY VERY NICE, THE INSTALLERS WERE FAMILY MEMBERS.
