Description of Work: I called Goodin Plumbing and Ben immediately call me back and came over that evening and inspected the job without charge!!!!! He then estimated the cost and called me the next day. The cost was higher than I expected but I decided to go ahead and have them do the job; it will be done this weekend and I will then finish this review.6 +

+ -1 moreMy wife and I buy all of our appliances from the Sears Outlet and having used Ben previously and seeing that Sears charges $150 for installation we called him from the store to see if we were buying a good appliance and if he could install it. He reassured us that we were buying a proper unit and that he could come by within two days for installation for $100. Ben called back the following morning and set up a time the next evening when we would be available. He came to the house promptly, took out the old unit, installed the new unit and walked through how to use the dishwasher with my wife. He even stayed to make sure that the unit cycled properly and that there were no leaks. We have been using the dishwasher for over a month when I received a phone call from Ben to make sure they we were happy and that the dishwasher was performing properly without leaks and it has. I recommend using Ben whenever I have a plumbing problem or question.
Description of Work: Replacing a dishwasher with a new one purchased from Sears.
