Everything went well. They showed up on time with a very large team. They charge by the man-hour, so if 3 people take 2 hours or 6 people take 1, it's the same price. Lisa was there and started directing the team. I gave her a quick overview on site. (i had previously discussed this on the phone, we were just confirming some items) and they went to work. I went back after the job was completed and was very pleased. Windows, walls, floors, oven, bathrooms were all cleaned.

They have a key to my house so if I am gone somewhere they can still come in and clean. I have never had any problems with them taking or breaking anything. I heard about this company through Angie's List. One reason I decided to hire them was the good reviews on Angie's List. It was the fact that they were highly rated. They will do about anything I want including spring cleaning and windows. The first time they come they do a really thorough job like a spring cleaning first. From there it is the general cleanings. I interviewed a few other companies and they were way higher. They do a good job. When they dust they pick up things and don't just dust around them. We don't have them do the basement on a regular basis, but occasionally I will ask them to included the basement, so for $25 more they do. They come every other Wednesday and Lisa Baldwin will always call the weekend prior to give me a ball park time. She bunches homes in the same general area for that day so it is economic on gas and everything for them. There are about 8 or 9 of them that come together in a van to clean so they are not here that long, maybe an hour. They all have their assignments when they swoop in. They bring their own equipment and then I provide the actual cleaning supplies. They are pretty punctual.

I have decided after interviewing 3 housecleaning services, to go with Leesa and Baldwin Cleaning Service, INC. I have a good impression of the services and the reasonable and fair price too. I look forward to actually seeing their results.
