We found Steve and his crew to be excellent professionals. The work was solid, if a little rough. Everything was compeleted well though.

Steve Wood is an amateur builder at best. Cheapest, damaged wood. Uneven everywhere, nails sticking out, splintered wood, huge mess. We stopped the project as soon as we realized what was happening. He should not be in the woodworking business. I cannot express in words how horrible this experience was. He was curt when questioned abt his expertise. I can even send pics! We had to re-do all the damage he did on top of the original repair!

They power washed my stucco exterior, fossets, porch, patio, outdoor furniture. Sanded and stained patio. powerwashed and sealed driveway and sidewalk. Cleaned up everything promptly. It all looks great! The crew was easy to work with, especially Steve. Have already recommended Wood Renovation to others.

Steve was very fair and honest about my repairs. He did what he said he would do and completed the job in the time frame he told me. I would highly recommend this company!

I hired Wood Renovation to power wash and stain my deck as well as replace some rotted boards. They did a good job replacing the boards, but they also missed a rotted board, which was not replaced. They did a good job power washing and staining the floor of the deck, but they only used one coat of solid stain on the floor, which was not enough. The Sherwin Williams stain they used even says to use two coats. The ornamental caps that sit on top of the balusters were covered with old, chipping paint, and they did not sand them prior to staining. The owner, Steve, indicated that he normally doesn't include sanding in a bid, but he did come out and try to sand off some of the chipping paint. They also used a paint sprayer for the deck railings, which did not completely cover any of the railings and instead got on my landscaping. I had to have Steve come back out two different times to touch up every railing. Fortunately, he was very nice and accommodating about it. Overall, the quality of the work was not worth $996.
