Small Job. Big Headache. Steve Burton, Owner, Wood Renovations, Inc., did not build the small side porch that I asked for. He sent his employee to do the job and made it look like something from 1950, instead of what was previously there, which was a modern/updated style to match the house. There is a gap in the shingles where they meet wood structure. Mr. Burton would not fix it. It caused dangerous icicles to form when the snow melted and froze overnight. I am concerned about leaking under shingles. Now, porch color does not match the siding. Way too dark. They left nails, screws, and debris in driveway - where I park my vehicle. Mr. Burton knew it was an insurance claim. Over-inflated the estimate. Then, refused to correct mistakes or give me any discount. Is this fraud? For shame Mr. Burton. For shame. I guess HomeAdisor can not protect homeowners from the bad guys after all.

Great job. Quick turn around. Made the old deck look new. I would hire again.

He responded very quickly and resolved the problem in time for an outdoor event we had scheduled. He even fixed a couple of things I didn't even ask for--but he saw that they needed repaired and he did it. Much appreciated.
