I was extremely happy with the service. I discovered that I had a problem with yellow jackets on a Saturday morning. I called Big Red Bee Removal at 8:00 a.m. and Jim (the owner) came out by 9:30. Initially, it was difficult to determine where the problem was coming from as the yellow jackets had gotten into my home. He thought they were coming in through an area on the roof. He dusted the area and told me to wait three days, but to let him know if there were still issues. Unfortunately, the original dusting did not take care of the problem. The good news is that Jim came back out again (two more times) and as it turned out, somehow the yellow jackets had made a nest in the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom. Once that was discovered a hole had to be cut into the ceiling and the nest was destroyed. Much to my surprise, Jim went to his truck and came back with the materials to repair the hole in the ceiling. He went above and beyond to make sure my problem was taken care of and I was only charged the initial fee of $149.00. I would highly recommend this company. Jim was very professional and a great guy to work with.

It went great! He was very nice, respectful, and very informative. He also made sure to mention to give him a call after 5 days if the bees were not removed and he would come back out. He came to my house and got the job done in under 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend him to everyone and use him again.

I called Thursday evening in a panic right before 5pm and he was at my house the very next morning at 9am. Jim was super friendly and answered all questions. He was able to quickly kill the hornets and remove their nest. I would clearly use his services again and would refer him to anyone who has a similar issue. Considering how aggressive and dangerous these hornets are, the $189 was money very well spent in my book!
