Description of Work: Bill performed the electrical work on a masterbath and master bedroom renovation. He installed recessed lighting, and all electrical in bath. He also installed recessed lighting in bedroom and changed out existing outlets, etc. from ivory to white. He also installed a flushmount light and a ceiling fan for us.

 + 2 moreWe have had electrical work done before by Bill Metzger. He is a Certified Master Electrician. He is professional, efficient, and arrives on time to do the work. We would continue to use Mr. Metzger for all our household electrical needs.
Description of Work: The garage has two outdoor 'carriage' lights on either side of the garage. The photo cells in both lights had failed over the years so the lights never were on. Bill Metzger fixed the problem by installing an outside photo cell that controls the power to both lights. When evening falls, the photo cell allows power to the lights, when morning comes, the photo cell cuts off the power to the lights and turns them off. If anyone has purchased these lights, they probably know that the 'built in' photo cell doesn't last very long, so this installation saves buying new lights while also eliminating the chance that we forget to turn on the lights in the evening and off in the morning.

 + -1 moreMr. Metzger arrived on time, gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete the work described above, and finished the work well within the estimated time. He charges a competitive rate per hour, and given the recent escalating gasoline prices...he also charges a reasonable 'truck fee' for travel. He was straightforward and professional at all times. I have recommended him to my friends if they have a need for electrical repairs or new electrical installation work.
Description of Work: Bill Metzger is the owner/operator of B & B Electric. I needed some electrical circuits run in the unfinished basement in my home. Frankly, I found B & B Electric on Angie's List, and Mr. Metzger had received excellent reviews. My experience confirmed those excellent reviews. He installed a couple of new lines for electrical outlets, changed another outlet to accommodate a battery back-up for my sump pump, and replaced the weather-cover on an outlet outside on my deck. The work was done quickly, and the price was reasonable.

Description of Work: They gave me a full quote on kitchen remodeling. They would have installed 5 cam lights, 2 pendent lights, under cabinet lighting, and installing electrical through the island.

 + -1 moreIt was an unfinished basement. So, I had only few bulbs in there. They did the remaining installations. They put in more receptacles. My contractor had sub-contracted them. So, I didn?t deal directly with them. They were very quick. They came out when I needed them. I told them about the layout that I needed. Everything was done well. I didn?t have any problems with them at all. They were very good. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

They got the job done well and with no surprises. They even helped us to place the lights on the ceiling to create the least damage.
