+ -1 moreTotal waste of time. No excuse to totally ignore an inquiry by a potential new client.
Description of Work: Used Angie's List messaging to advise they type of work I needed done after company came up when i searched "Deep Cleaning" house keeping. Waiting three days now w/o as much as the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my request. Very Disappointing waste of my time.

+ -1 moreLuster Cleaning does a great job! Fee is based on hours, so if you want vents cleaned during the 1st week of the month, then a seldom used room cleaned the 2nd week of the month, then something else that doesn't need weekly cleaning done each of the last 2 weeks of the month, they will do it. They are awesomely flexible! AND they like dogs so if you want to add some doggy playtime, just ask. That's a bonus because I know that when they are cleaning, I can work later if needed because the dogs had been let outside to relieve themselves:)
