Mickey was great. He called me back promptly, showed up on time and fixed our leak. We’ve had no problems with it since. He’s very polite and professional. Prices are very fair. I would highly recommend his services!

He fixed a leak for me in late summer/early fall but was not able to install the new line at the time so the work was scheduled for as soon as the weather permitted. Neither of us knew we would have such a hard winter and I had another bad leak. He repaired this leak and 2 more at no charge and installed the new line as soon as the ground was dry enough to dig.

We had a great experience with this company. The service man was friendly, punctual, and did a great job.

We had an old tub faucet that would not shut off of the hot water. So it was a bit of an emergency seeing how the house is set up the only way to turn off the hot water to the tub was to shut off the hot water to the whole house. I did give low ratings on response and punctuality due to the fact I had called and was told that later that day he would make it out. The time I was told came and went with no call. Finally I called and he said it would have to be later because a job he was on was taking longer then expected. Bit disappointed that I did not get a call before hand explaining this. Later then the second estimated time came and finally I had to put my toddlers to bed. He called and asked if he could come out but I had to ask if he could the next day due to the uncertainty of the noise and the kids. The next day he showed up exactly as promised. Then he found that the faucet was old and did his own search to find something to replace the part. Finally he had to make a part. Which I am ok with because a whole new set would have costed more and etc. He was also excellent with working with me on payment. So I really can not look a gift horse in the mouth on this one.

They were very professional, prompt, and courteous. They were very reasonable with price, as we had got several other estimates that were much pricier.
