It took a few weeks to work us in the schedule. They showed up every morning by 0830 and worked until around 4:00pm. There are two people on the crew. Bob and John. Each have areas of expertise and they both do a great job. The cleaned up their mess each day before leaving so the chaos of major construction was a little more controlled. The tile work was beautiful. I picked the tile but left the grout color up to them. They chose a beautiful matching grout (silver) and even recommended it as the grout color for the backsplash (while subway tiles) It really tied the whole look together! The ended up replacing drywall in the bathroom hall and laundry room since the wallpaper was so old and the wall became damaged during removal (I removed the wallpaper and damaged the wall). The increased cost was only a couple of hundred dollars. I was so happy about them being able to change the initial plan when we found out the old wall paper was an issue. They removed old soffit from above my cabinets and added recessed lighting to the kitchen and puck lights to each cabinet set to illuminate the counters. It made my kitchen look much larger. Their painting was great and they finished exactly on time ( 3 weeks). I was very happy with the results and plan to use them again to replace some wallpapered dry wall in my dining room. I am one satisfied customer

Their work was impeccable. We had they come back out to fix two small things. They were great. We are going to hire them again to do work on a bedroom.

They were very professional and pleasant. The started work early (But at a time which was convenient for us). I work from home so if I needed to do a teleconference or such, they made sure to not use loud tools during that time and left. They were friendly and very nice to our children who hounded them with tons of questions. Positives 1. Friendly and professional 2. Great with kids 3. Made allowances for my working from home with no issues 4. I felt like they prtected me from the window compnaies who kept pushign their most expensive line- which we did not need and could not afford 5. Finshed the job quickly and did great follow up service Negative 1. We waited awhile to commit to the window job and then had to schedule out serveral months as they were booked solid. Was worth the wait. However, if we had committmed when we got the estinate we could have locked them in within the next 30 days. Waitign 3 weeks pushed up back 2 1/2 months

EXCELLENT job. The tile work is amazing. JB Home Services went with me to pick out tubs and such to make sure they would fit. They also helped pick our tile and grout etc.. Recommended no stain grout- which while more expensive is GREAT! No downsides on this job. Took a little longer than they originally thought. But, we needed to have accessto one tub/ shower at a time so we could bath. This slowed down their progress. But, they were great about it.
