I want to make homes a stress free environment for my clients. It’s a very busy world today and even busier if you have children or a family. I enjoy being able to take the extra stress of cleaning off my clients hands, so they have the time to invest that energy into other areas of their life. I personally felt very overwhelmed cleaning my home and managing my house while my children were little, so we simplified. Now I am able to bring that peace of clean to others to help them feel the same at an affordable rate. Standard cleaning for 3 bedroom 2 bath home starts at $100 locally (South Bend, Plymouth, North Liberty, Lakeville) and includes the following: Bathrooms: toilets, sinks, showers, all cleaned. Vanity space wiped down, mirrors cleaned, floors swept & mopped. Bedrooms: dusted & vacuumed. Kitchen: countertops all wiped down, appliances cleaned, floors swept and moped. Common areas (living room, hallways, etc.): vacuumed and dusted, rugs tapped or swept if needed. I have my own cleaning supplies, unless you prefer I use what you have. I have the same option with a vacuum, but prefer to use the one in your home, unless it is not possible. Basements are not included in price, but can be considered on case by case basis. I also am willing to wash cabinets, trim, walls, clean carpets, etc. but those are not automatically included. They are also considered case by case. Drive time may increase cost, but can be discussed prior to scheduling. A clean home is a happy home.
