 + -1 more8/7/20 they took off our old roof and replaced it. We have found 4 leaks and squirrels in our attic since. I called numerous times telling them that we were having roof problems and no response. My husband built our house so he has done patches till the weather is better to repair. We keep waiting for more things to go wrong with our roof.
Description of Work: Had old roof taken off and new put on.

Description of Work: Had old roof removed new applied on 4700 sq ft. The crews were fast, efficient,covered everything around the house and removed everything before they left for the day. I did not find one nail any where on the ground. They did a fantastic job would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreMr. Sauer came out on a Sunday in June 2015 and inspected my roof and gave me an estimate of $250.00 or less to make needed repairs. He took pictures while on the roof so I could actually see what the main problem was. Due to me having a definite leak in my bedroom ceiling I was concerned how soon he could get back out here for the repairs due to our very wet Spring/Summer. He said he could be back out by Wednesday and he would personally be out himself with crew. He wasn't able to come out himself by Wednesday but he did send a 2-man crew to complete the job on Wednesday. They did a great job and I have had no leaks since then. When Mr. Sauer returned for payment and inspection of what his crew had done, he said for me to call next Spring and he would check the roof again at no charge when they are in the area to make sure everything is still in good shape at no charge.
Description of Work: Inspected roof, made repairs to roof (had some leaks). Also asked if they would clean the gutters while they were on the roof and they did take care of that for me, too.
