+ -1 moreAfter several attempts to have the situation corrected I was billed twice for the same work and it was never completed. (Convert an oven from natural gas to propane) It went terribly and I will never use this firm again and I would recommend for anyone in need of appliance service to seek other options.
Description of Work: Claimed that work was done and I found out it was not. Would not return my phone calls after 4 attempts and left messages for Rick and he would not return my calls.

+ -1 moreTHERE WAS A LOT OF DAMAGE TO MY HOME BECAUSE THE WASHING MACHINE OVERFLOWED. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT COMING TO MY HOME RIGHT AWAY AND HELPING ME CLEAN UP THE MESS. THEY FIXED EVERYTHING THAT DAY, SO I WAS HAPPY.
