Ace Seal Coating and Paving

Sam says his sealer will last 2 years unlike other providers. His price was about middle of the bids I got, but decided to take a chance with his company. The initial seal coat looked good but parts of it were bone dry within couple days of coating. I called them back and informed them a couple spots looked like there was no sealer at all, even though it was black as coal when they applied it. Sam and his employee came back out about a week later and resprayed lower end of the driveway, since it's end of the season and weather not the best I'm hoping for the best. Time will tell if it holds up to his two year warranty, since there was no paper work it will be hard to prove it. Sam seems to know his business, so I'm crossing my fingers. If not I will be calling them in the spring. I did recomend him to some friends and they have all been happy so far and said his work looked good.

Called Sam and asked him to come out and give estimate on sealcoating 600 foot long residential driveway. He was able to come out the very afternoon and his price was the lowest of the three companies that I had contacted. He and his employee came out the next afternoon and cleared the driveway of grass and edged at the lawn before filling a few cracks and spray sealcoating. They did a decent job, it looks nice. The only reason I am not giving all A grades is because he said they would be here between 10am and noon and did not show up until 1pm. I had to call them and see if they were still coming. If they had contacted me and said they were running late, I would have given an A for punctuality. Also I feel they could have come prepared to do a better or maybe more complete job of edging the lawn. He had evaluated the driveway the day before and knew how much edging was necessary before the sealcoating could be done, but yet came without the proper tools to do the job and had to borrow mine. As this edging was part of the price of the job, he should have been set up to do it properly. Again they worked hard but could have been one notch better to get an A for quality and professionalism. He was the lowest bid by about $50, so the price was right. Overall the driveway looks 100% better than it did.

They're very thorough and reasonable. They don't slap it on like some people who just slap it on. They are very professional and very good.

Their service is very good. I used them in the past as well. They did a very good job.

Overall transaction was good. They were on time, prepared, kept us informed throughout the whole process, follow up procedures. They gave us day by day instructions so we didn't need to ask any questions. Very happy! Highly recommend!
